Schneider Electric and Simark Controls Ltd. Form Partnership Agreement for Western Canada
Schneider Electric Canada has announced that it has it has entered into a sales and service business partner agreement with Simark Controls Ltd, a company of SFC Energy AG, with the Western Canadian portfolio of Telemetry and Remote SCADA Solutions (TRSS). The partnership agreement allows Simark Controls to sell and service the TRSS line of products in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, as well as in the Yukon and Northwest Territories. Product lines include SCADAPack, RealFLO, RealLIFT, 4000 Series Transmitters, Trio Radios, and Accutech Sensors.
This expands Simark Controls’ existing offering of Schneider Electric Foxboro Field Devices. With a proven track record in delivering world class customer support service and solutions, Simark Controls is the right business partner for Schneider Electric to help their customers make the most of their remote operations and assets. Simark and SFC Energy expect significant synergies to come from this extension of the Simark product portfolio. Telemetry & Remote SCADA Solutions (TRSS) require reliable off-grid power. For this application Simark offers a range of integrated, fully autonomous power supply solutions based on SFC Energy’s popular EFOY Pro fuel cells.
Telemetry & Remote SCADA Solutions enable operators to efficiently monitor and control field equipment and operations across widely dispersed infrastructures. Applications range from simple reservoir level measurement in the water and waste water industries, to complex well pad optimization and other production based processes in the oil and gas industry.
