Ideal Supply Promotes Company Veterans, Appoints New CFO

 Listowel, ON. — Ideal Supply has promoted three members of their executive management team, the company announced recently. 

Ideal Rozendal – Jerry Rozendal is taking on the Vice President role, Branch Operations, bringing with him 35 years of branch operations management experience. A 40-year veteran of the company, Rozendal will be assisting with new acquisitions, leading P&L accountability for all locations, and heading up both the HR and Management committees. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ideal PrudenIdeal Pruden – Howie Pruden is now Vice President, Purchasing & Distribution. Pruden is coming up on 35 years with Ideal, and has extensive experience in purchasing efficiency, electrical and automotive vendor relations, inventory control, warehouse management, and warehouse to branch distribution. He sits on the Management, HR and IT Steering committees. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ideal SmithIdeal Smith – Last, but certainly not least, Stephen Smith has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Smith has been with Ideal since 2000, taking the lead in a number of strategic initiatives, including financing, business planning, corporate IT and quality systems management, the company noted.  Smith is a CPA and holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School.
