Update on Potential Atkore Sale/Merger

November 26, 2025

Atkore is exploring options that could include a sale or merger of the whole company, and its Canadian operations form part of the North American footprint under review, although no specific changes to Canada have been announced.

Atkore’s strategic alternatives process covers the entire business, which spans manufacturing and distribution facilities across the United States and Canada serving electrical raceway, mechanical and safety product lines. The company operates Canadian locations and sales organizations that support electrical contractors, OEMs and distributors in segments such as commercial, industrial, data centers and infrastructure, all of which are implicitly in scope as the board evaluates options.

Neither the strategic review announcement nor related activist and cooperation-agreement disclosures identify any specific divestiture, closure or restructuring actions for Canadian plants, distribution centers or sales teams. Management has stated that operations will continue as normal while alternatives are assessed, so customers and channel partners in Canada should expect current service levels to be maintained until any future transaction or portfolio decision is formally announced.
