Ultrasave Lighting’s Francis Chan to Retire

Francis Chan, General Manager of Ultrasave Lighting, has announced his retirement from the company as of November 30.

Over the past 15 years, Mr Chan has been instrumental in the growth and operation of Ultrasave Lighting. The lighting ballast company has become one of Canada’s foremost manufacturers, while expanding to LED systems, drivers and modules.

In 2013 Mr. Chan initiated Energy Efficient Lighting Company Limited, an LED fixture division, as a subsidiary of Ultrasave. As General Manager, Francis has brought the LED fixture manufacturer into a well-positioned place in the lighting industry.

Ultrasave President Frank Luk will assume the duties of Mr. Chan, effective immediately.

For 28 years, Ultrasave Lighting has been actively engaged in the design, development, manufacturing, and supply an extensive range of LED drivers, modules and ballasts for commercial lighting applications. The company offers high efficiency lighting solutions designed to optimize lighting performance and maximize energy savings.
