Rexel Canada to Acquire Groupe Techno-Contact

Rexel Canada to Acquire Groupe Techno-Contact

April 22, 2026

LinkedIn post by Jeffrey Moyle, Chief Executive Officer, Rexel Canada

We’ve been busy at Rexel Canada, and I’m pleased to announce that Groupe Techno-Contact will be joining our organization through an acquisition.

This is an important step in building something new: not simply adding capability, but laying the foundation for a true services platform within our hashtag#Canadian ecosystem, fully aligned with our hashtag#Axelerate2028 strategy.

Nedco and Westburne, TC360 will strengthen our network and make it more integrated, more technical, and more responsive to what customers need in today’s market. Each business plays a distinct role, but together they create something greater: a broader platform for service, support, and solutions that can evolve with the market and scale over time.

Why does this matter? Because customer expectations are changing. They are looking for more than products alone. They want partners who can solve complex problems, move faster, and deliver with greater precision and confidence. Meeting that demand requires more than traditional distribution — it requires local expertise, technical depth, operational strength, and national reach.

That is exactly what this combination is designed to deliver.

I am also pleased to announce that Nathalie Parisel will serve as President of our Rexel Canada Services banner, which includes TC360, Jacmar, LiteTec and Electricomm. This creates a significant opportunity to strengthen alignment across our services businesses and build greater value for customers through integration, technical depth, and responsiveness.

Under her leadership, we will continue building a stronger, more connected services platform across our banners — one that brings together highly complementary capabilities and creates new value for customers across Quebec and Canada.

I’m excited about what TC360, Jacmar Automation, Litetec, Nedco, Westburne, and Rexel Canada can build together. This is an important step forward for our customers, our teams, and our future.
