KYKLO Joins ETIM North America

January 25, 2024

ETIM North America has announced that KYKLO, a prominent product content and digital solutions provider, has joined the North American chapter of the global product classification standards organization.

KYKLO provides Manufacturers and Distributors digital solutions centered around superior product content creation, product discovery, and information deployment. Its content is developed by engineers with real-world industry experience in order to keep purchasing, application, and design in mind. This mindset helps KYKLO’s manufacturer and distributor customer base provide a differentiated experience to their end-users.

At the same time, KYKLO also syndicates manufacturer information and experiences to channel partners, positioning them to help the digitalization journey more efficient for both manufacturer and distributor.

While KYKLO serves distributors and manufacturers in many industries, a significant percentage of the company’s customers are electrical and automation distributors and manufacturers. As a content and software provider, KYKLO will be the first ETIM NA Solution Provider that can help distributors integrate the data into a platform to support end-users.

“We see ETIM as another tool that will allow our clients to better reach and communicate their product information with their trading partners,” states Ryan Francis, Managing Director at KYKLO.  “Our product information not only aligns with the strong ETIM standards but also goes above and beyond, showcasing KYKLO’s dedication to surpassing industry norms.  We are proud to join ETIM North America and support their efforts to improve the efficiency of digitalization in the electrical and automation industry.”

“We are excited to welcome KYKLO as a Solution Provider Member to ETIM North America, as their support will help with the expansion and adoption of the ETIM model across North America”, commented Mary Shaw, Executive Director of ETIM North America.  “Their skill set will help both manufacturers and distributors use the standardized ETIM descriptors to improve their online product discovery, not only in North America but also globally.”

She added “ETIM North America is a collaborative process where all manufacturer and distributor members can contribute to define product classification standards that will drive our industry forward and contribute on a global stage. But it is the advocacy and support of our local solution providers they enable our industry’s digital transformation throughout the entire electrical ecosystem.”
