This year marks 25 years of Hammond Power Solutions as an independent, publically traded company a milestone that reflects steady growth, long-term vision, and the people who have helped shape our journey.

From the leadership of Bill Hammond, who guided HPS through its early years as a public company and now serves as Chairman of the Board, to Adrian Thomas, our CEO today, this moment represents both where we’ve come from and where we’re headed. Recently, we had the chance to mark this milestone together at our expanded headquarters in Guelph, Ontario, surrounded by employees from across our sites.

Thank you to our employees, customers, partners, and shareholders for being part of the last 25 years. We’re proud of what we’ve built and excited about what comes next.
