Amy Moore, New VP Of Technology & Digital Solutions at E.B. Horsman & Son

Join E.B. Horsman and Son in welcoming Amy Moore as its new Vice President, Technology & Digital Solutions, effective Monday, November 20, 2023.

Amy is a collaborative and strategic leader who delivers operational excellence and effective growth strategies in the Digital and Information Technology space. With over 20 years of experience in establishing technical teams as collaborative business partners and leveraging technology to advance business outcomes, she brings a wealth of knowledge and proven results to E.B. Horsman & Son. Her expertise includes successfully resolving two Cyber Incidents, directing the Cloud First technology strategy, and leading the Master Data strategy.

Her leadership extends to managing infrastructure, business systems, and service desk teams with a focus on 5-year rolling roadmaps, including major system upgrades like ERP, POS, CRM, HRM, and UCS. She also designed and implemented a B2B integration for Rio Tinto, significantly reducing Time & Materials overhead.

Amy received her:

  • Bachelor of Science, Computing & Information Science from University of Guelph
  • Executive Certificate, Advanced Strategy & Leadership from UBC Sauder School of Business 
  • Mater of Business Administration (MBA) from Jack Welch Management Institute

Amy is not only a technology expert but also an exceptional leader. She brings a unique blend of executive, business, and technology experience with a focus on effective growth strategies. Her previous experience will support the company as they continue towards EBH’s IT strategic vision of enabling Fast, Mobile and Secure digital technologies.

Amy has expressed excitement in joining EBH and is looking forward to starting a new chapter in her career.
